Australia’s ad spend grew 5.2% in 2025
WPP is optimistic about advertising growth in 2026
Australia’s advertising market expanded by 5.2% this year to roughly $28 billion, according to new figures from WPP Media.
The holding company’s latest media report shows the market outpaced last year’s projected 3.7% growth, fuelled by stronger-than-expected investment across social and search.
This runs counter to Guideline SMI’s advertising figures over the year, which have constantly shown a decline in overall spend.
