VB to shout Australians a beer to celebrate the end of the election
VB is celebrating the end of the election campaign by shouting Australians a beer.
Full page ads appeared in newspapers in NSW, Victoria, SA, Tasmania and Canberra today announcing the campaign with the line “Enough talk. Let’s Do.”

Customers will be able to get one free beer each at ALH Group pubs this coming on Sunday. Each pub will be given a free keg of VB, which is owned by CUB.
FYI: There was an ad in the West Australian.
Nice idea, though I don’t feel there’s much to celebrate.
Glad it won’t run in QLD. None of them deserve a beer after their performance at the weekend.
Whilst I don’t support the election result – you can’t blame QLD – take a look at the map and you’ll see the trend extended across the country outside any metroplitan area. https://www.abc.net.au/news/2019-05-19/federal-election-map-coalition-defies-polls-retains-power/11127084
We do not want Vic BitterYarra Water.
Good matching : sadly inadequate beer, sadly inadequate result. Nailed it.
At least a beer hangover only lasts a day; the election hangover leaves a nasty taste in the mouth and will last for at least three years.
Great……I hope the nasty taste turns females away from your stinky breath for ever.
What are the odds that SloMo will need to have a “beer tax” and increase excise to try to make ends meet. Then CUB won’t be quite so jolly.
If you can’t sell it, give it away.
Hard to find a pub these days with VB on tap. Sad really.
