Velocity Frequent Flyer raises a glass to loyal customers in new campaign

Virgin Australia’s Velocity Frequent Flyer program is celebrating customer loyalty with a playful new campaign from independent agency Special.

The 30-second film transports viewers to a White Lotus-style resort bar, where traveller Gary arrives with a suitcase adorned with Virgin Australia and Velocity tags.

On noticing a new Velocity member, guests, staff, a puppy, and even a lobster raise glasses, or dog bowls, in salute, as a voiceover declares: “Way to go. Turning your Velocity points into the flight you deserve” and “You played it well and now you can reap the rewards.”
