Zambrero names new head of marketing

Australian Mexican quick-service restaurant Zambrero has appointed a new head of marketing in Jade Clark.

After consulting for the brand since November, Clark has taken on the full-time gig.

Taking to LinkedIn over the weekend, she said: “Well this update has been a long time in the making. I’m happy to say I have joined Zambrero as their head of marketing, having consulted with them since November.
