AAMI asks: Who’s right for Rhonda?
AAMI has rolled out the next stage of its Rhonda love triangle campaign.
The insurer is looking to tap into social media to trigger a debate in whether Rhonda – played by actress Mandy McElhinney – should choose waiter Ketut or high school hunk Trent.
The AAMI saga saw Rhonda meet Ketut while on a holiday in Bali paid for with her insurance savings. The most recent ad, launched last month, saw Rhonda fall into arms of Trent Toogood after slipping over in her new shoes, paid for by her AAMI safe driver rewards.
Oh, it all feels too soon… She hasn’t even been on a proper date with Trent! What kind of cheap slapper has Rhonda turned into? This campaign just feels a bit rushed now.

Lol meet the real Rhonda and Ketut, since everyone calls my husband that. His name is really Dipesh. We have been married 4 years, hes 27 and im 51. The age gap is a big bridge to cross but once crossed its no different than any other relationship. So my feelings about Rhonda and Ketut is keep it going , the future as a couple could be better than we think. Dont let them fizzle.
