ANZ highlights dangers of being unprepared at house inspections in latest ‘Buy Ready’ ad

ANZ is comparing those who know what to look for at house inspections with those who don’t, in a comical spot featuring two men as they decide if a house is for them.

Created by TBWA Melbourne, the launch ad features a couple, Claire and Patrick, celebrating with champagne for almost buying a house that sold for more than they thought it should have.

The ad ends the line “it’s not just knowing when to say yes, it’s knowing when exactly to say no.”
