CENTURY 21 Australia goes big in latest media campaign

Real estate company CENTURY 21 Australia is today officially releasing one of the biggest “multi-faceted” media campaigns in its history.
Titled ‘The Moments of the Century’, the campaign – which was featured on Time Square’s billboards – takes a more human-centric approach to its messaging to target three major priorities for the modern-day home buyer – joy, community and connection – and spotlight the true meaning of being at home.
To do this, CENTURY 21 is encouraging local Australian communities “to share some of their most special moments at home”, in addition to deploying digital marketing solutions, media appearances and TV spots.
“Our research suggested that post-pandemic, the joy derived from home ownership and community likely continues to be key drivers for consumers,” shared Charles Tarbey, owner and chairman of CENTURY 21 Australia.
“We wanted to subtly remind people that homes are more than just bricks and mortar. They help create communities, genuine joy and unforgettable moments. Maybe most importantly, they create connections that can uplift people.”
‘The Moments of the Century’ makes use of an interconnected global and local strategy, with the platform’s Australian elements tied to its international operations.
“With over 8 million Australians having been born overseas and around 667,000 new migrants entering the country last financial year, its increasingly important for real estate brands to appeal to this international cohort,” Tarbey continued.
“There is a good chance that many new migrants and international investors may have come across the CENTURY 21 brand in their home market.
“I believe this fact coupled with the global nature of the new campaign will create another strong advantage for our franchise owners in Australia for many years to come.
He finished with, “We hope the new campaign connects with Australians in a positive and meaningful way, and perhaps even plays a small role in reminding all of us to better relish and celebrate memorable moments at home.”
Australian consumers can expect to see CENTURY 21’s latest campaign via TV commercials on Channel Nine, beginning from early February.
The platform’s launch comes more than six months after CENTURY 21 Australasia entered into a partnership with View Media Group to integrate its customer relationship management tool with VMG’s performance marketing platform, Acquire.
