CEO of influencer platform Vamp steps down
Rachel Gatehouse departs Vamp after two years
The chief executive officer of Australian influencer platform Vamp has exited after two years.
Rachel Gatehouse first joined the Sydney-headquartered digital marketplace in 2024 from technology start-up Archistar AI as a consultant, before being named CEO.
Announcing her departure on Linkedin, Gatehouse said: “I made the tough call to move on from Vamp. Every day here pushed me to learn and grow, thanks to being surrounded by truly exceptional people.”
“At Vamp I got to learn new skills, deepening my love of tech and product,” she added,
“Huge thanks to the designers, builders, and muse who shared their wisdom so generously – you made it a joy to grow alongside you.”
Gatehouse declined to reveal her next move when contacted by Mumbrella. Vamp could not be reached for comment about the future of the role before publication.
Founded in Sydney in 2015, Vamp connects brands with a network of more than 40,000 influencers and creators and provides tools to manage campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, Tiktok and Youtube.
Vamp competes with other Australian influencer marketplaces, including Fabulate, Hypetap and Tribe.
