Decidr partners with eBev to revolutionise hospitality supplier operations and sourcing with AI

AI software provider Decidr has announced a strategic partnership with beverage procurement platform eBev to streamline supplier operations for hospitality venues.

The announcement:

Decidr, the only pure-play AI software provider on the ASX (DAI), today announced a strategic partnership with beverage procurement platform eBev to transform the way hospitality venues manage sourcing and supplier operations.

Decidr’s purpose-built procurement agent will be deployed across eBev’s customer and supplier ecosystem, supporting more than 3,500 venues and 1,000 beverage suppliers nationally. It will operate autonomously within the procurement environment, reducing the manual workload associated with sourcing, pricing and supplier management.

Core features of the procurement agent will include automated quote comparisons from multiple suppliers, intelligent supplier recommendations based on past venue preferences and behaviour, and live inventory forecasting to prevent overstock and reduce waste. These capabilities are being built to eliminate friction in one of the industry’s most operationally intensive functions.

eBev currently processes more than $400 million in orders annually, spanning 70,000 products. Clients include some of Australia’s largest beverage brands and hospitality groups including Asahi, Coca-Cola Europacific Partners, LION, Rockpool Dining Group, and Australian Venue Co.

David Brudenell, executive director of Decidr, said: “We are excited to partner with eBev to further enhance our AI-driven operational solutions in hospitality, an industry worth approximately AUD $90 billion annually in Australia. This collaboration complements our existing strategic partnerships with leading organizations like AWS, Go1, ELMO, and CareerOne, reinforcing our commitment to driving intelligent, scalable solutions across significant industry verticals.

Decidr technology continues to demonstrate its versatility through this partnership and illustrates the significant commercial opportunity in a future where businesses use AI everyday.”

Ian Harris, CEO of eBev, said: “We’re excited to partner with Decidr to bring powerful AI tools to our customers and suppliers. With thousands of venues and suppliers using eBev every day, this technology will help them save time, make smarter decisions, and free up their teams to focus on service. It’s a big step forward for hospitality procurement.”

Initial development of the AI agent will begin in Q1 2026, with further capability expected to expand into demand prediction and order lifecycle optimisation.
