Do bolsters leadership with key new appointments

Indie agency Do has announced the additions of Tian Skene, Tom Denton, and Issy Haley to strengthen its leadership team.

The announcement:

Independent Agency DO. has today announced several new appointments including Tian Skene as client service director, Tom Denton as head of craft and Issy Haley as senior account director, further strengthening the agency’s leadership.

Says Paul Coles, managing director: “I am genuinely humbled and excited about the calibre of talent that Tian, Tom and Issy bring to the Agency. They are all brilliant leaders, with a depth of experience that will help us to realise our growth and creative ambitions. I am excited to see the impact they have on our business, our clients and the work.”

Tian Skene, client service director, joins DO. from BMF where she was leading the ALDI business, and before that spent close to 10 years at ODD in London, leading the Agency’s marque accounts in Tesco, Levi’s, Adidas and Lacoste.

Tom Denton, head of craft, is an award-winning creative leader, who was most recently national creative director at Dentsu. He previously spent time at BWM, VMLY&R and Deloitte and brings a global perspective having worked in the Middle East, Caribbean and UK markets.

Issy Haley, senior account director, joins the Agency from Ogilvy Sydney and prior to that, M&C Saatchi. Issy is an experienced client leader, who has led a number of powerhouse brands including Coca-Cola ANZ and Woolworths, delivering iconic campaigns such as ‘Today’s Fresh Food People’ and most recently ‘Meet Me at the Coke Sign’.

Tian, Tom and Issy join recently appointed executive creative director, Neale Horrigan. Their appointments come after a significant period of growth for the agency, with 5 new offices across the region and recent new business wins including Paramount+ and Primo.
