Ex-Gathar CMO becomes first-ever TwentyTwo Digital general manager
TwentyTwo Digital has revealed that Ashton Tuckerman – the former chief marketing officer at catering and private chef platform, Gathar – will serve as the agency’s first-ever general manager.
The move sees Tuckerman draw upon her extensive marketing and writing background to facilitate the indie digital marketing agency’s ongoing growth.
Apart from her time at Gathar, Tuckerman worked as an account director at Havas Red. She also completed a four-and-a-half year stint at Flight Centre Travel Group, before taking on other content and marketing-related positions within the organisation.
The experienced writer is also on track to acquire an MBA from the University of Queensland in 2025 – an achievement that TwentyTwo Digital’s managing director and founder, Sarah Pelecanos, said made Tuckerman the perfect fit for the general manager position, in addition to her other expertise.

“The addition of Ashton to our leadership team signals an exciting new phase for TwentyTwo Digital,” Pelecanos said.
“Her proven expertise in marketing strategy, creative thinking and growing brands, coupled with her newly gained MBA insights, make her the perfect person to take our agency into the future.”
Tuckerman shared her excitement at the new role, saying: “I’m so excited to join the extremely talented team at TwentyTwo Digital.
“Sarah has built an amazing business and this is exactly the kind of role I had my eye on when finishing my MBA. I can’t wait to roll up my sleeves and help TwentyTwo become Australia’s most sought-after digital marketing agency.”
The agency’s current clients include Uniting Church Queensland, Australia Wide First Aid, and more.
