Global Rev Gen appoints Bosco Anthony as CEO

Marketing and digital media agency Global Rev Gen (GRG) has appointed Bosco Anthony CEO, taking over from outgoing chief Jacqueline Balsamo.

The appointment sees Anthony move on from his position as chief brand officer at the company, after more than two years in the role. He joined GRG in January 2022 as head of strategy and growth. During his tenure, Anthony helped transform GRG into a full-service agency partner specialising in media and innovation.

The Mumbrella Travel Marketing Summit 2025 speaker is replacing Balsamo, who has departed the media business to pursue opportunities in “a new space”.

Anthony is credited with strengthening GRG’s relationships with companies in enterprise, government, education, tourism and travel industries and building “one of the region’s most progressive marketing supply chains”.

“It’s a privilege to steward the next frontier of our agency,” Anthony said in a media release.

“GRG carries years of legacy, grit, resilience, and craft. My job now is to honour that history while building what comes next. We’re designing systems that think, media that adapts in real time, and experiences that feel human at scale.

“The future belongs to the brave and the prepared, and we intend to be both. Legacy has given us roots, and now innovation will give us wings.”

In the same release, GRG’s founder and managing director, Salvador Klein, praised Anthony for his contributions to GRG.

“His ability to combine strategy, storytelling, creativity, and technology gives our clients an edge that few agencies can match,” Klein said.

“With our recent ISO certifications, Indigenous RAP designation, and cyber security accreditations in place, we’ve built an organisation that’s both responsible and resilient. I’m incredibly proud and confident in Bosco taking the reins as we scale into our next phase.”

GRG’s stated strategy is to expand “into emerging verticals, including cross-border commerce, while broadening its domestic and international media buying operations”.
