Whybin/TBWA/Tequila has created the first local advertising campaign for group-buying site Spreets, focusing on the feeling a shopper gets when they pay full price for a product when they could have got a deal.
The ‘It feels better when a deal’s better’ campaign for the Yahoo!7 company will include TV, print and online activity across the Seven Media network.

… but everyone’s been telling me TV was dead.
OMG! That is so fucking NOT smart.
What the fuck was that?
when online brands go offline they often lose the plot. don’t know what the agency’s excuse is.
lame ad
I think the above is a list of people to NOT get working on your account.
Did they get the tagline and the rest of the creative mixed up between two different pitches?
– it’s awful
How anybody could approve that or even worse – pay for it is beyond me…
My cousin could do much better job with his NokiaN95
I laughed and it got my attention, message hammered home Spreets is smart…but then again Ron Jeremy knows a lot about porn so probably a lot about advertising too.
this is fucking terrible. the dolphin noise is the fucking worst.
Absolutely awful, confusing communication that fails massively.
cheers Jack – looking forward to seeing some work from your new gig
I wanted to stab myself in the eye. That would be smart.
What a contradiction. A group-buying site advertising on TV, as “dumb” says, when on-line businesses go off-line, and traditional media, they miss the whole point of existence.
Rest in Peace, Spreets. 2012 world is over.
is it an ad for smartphones, smarties or smart cars? confused up little ad there I think.
