Other than the fact it takes place at a drive thru, it would be a streeeeetch to say the UK spot was derived from the bloated and charmless aussie spot.
Insight and basic storyline is the same. Just because one features a comical back and forth moment and more up-to-date editing doesn’t mean the strategy and creative idea aren’t the same. Not hard to spot if you look past your ego.
