Masterchef popularity boosts Ten’s audience share into the double digits

Masterchef is helping Ten improve its audience share which in recent weeks has struggled to crack double digits, with the network posting a share of 15.4%, up on last week’s 8.8%.

Ten came third behind Nine’s 20.5% and Seven’s 17.5% despite Masterchef being the most-watched non-news program with a metro audience of 917,000 for its third episode.

 

Its debut managed an average of 1.06m viewers and last night’s episode managed 913,000 metro viewers, according to OzTAM’s preliminary overnight metro ratings.
