Optus launches Tik Tok dance challenge
Optus has partnered with Tik Tok on a dance challenge which celebrates the end of COVID-19 lockdowns while encouraging people to stay safe during the ongoing threat of the pandemic.
The #YeahWeBack challenge kicks off this weekend and runs for a week across the social media platform. The 20-second clip incorporates social distancing into a dance routine, paired with a rap from Indigenous artist Danzal Baker, also known as Baker Boy.
Epic fail. It has no meaning at all.

Do you mean Optus or the ad. Or both?
Where’s the ‘integrated mix’ here or was this just another tactical execution without brand purpose and strategy?
Written by people who have obviously never developed a Tik Tok campaign.
