
Peroni appoints McCann Worldgroup as global agency of record

McCann Worldgroup, led by McCann London, has been selected as the global agency of record for Italian lager brand Peroni Nastro Azzurro (PNA).
The agency is responsible for delivering a long-term, global core creative platform that will serve as the foundation for PNA’s consistent brand narrative across multiple consumer touchpoints.
The remit includes a new global positioning and creative platform for the iconic Italian brand as the lead strategic and creative agency for the brand’s core communication campaigns.
This includes the Peroni Nastro Azzurro 0.0 x Scudaria Ferrari partnership and House of Peroni Nastro Azzurro experiential platform.
Asahi Europe and International chief growth officer Nathalie Pfaff said, “Creatively and strategically, McCann impressed the team over the course of a rigorous pitch process, and we’re excited to start this next chapter of growth together.”
She also thanked former agency Trouble Maker for its contribution to the brand.
