Sherlock is the only non-news show to match Seven in Wednesday ratings

Nine’s Sherlock was the only non-news show to mount a serious challenge to Seven in Australia’s ten most-watched shows last night.

The Hounds of the Baskerville episode pulled in 729,000 viewers in the 8.30pm time slot – down from 876,000 last week and ranking 10th.

The night was won by Seven’s My Kitchen Rules at 7.30pm, although the show was down 300,000 viewers on last Wednesday’s ratings, pulling in 1.6m, according to preliminary data from OzTam.
