The sky’s the limit for Just Better Care’s services in new campaign via The Core Agency
With assistance from indie creative agency, The Core Agency, Just Better Care – a full-scale provider of disability support and in-home aged care – has released a new advertising campaign to spotlight its personalised customer services.
The platform uses 15-second videos to offer viewers a glimpse into the provider’s support services by placing its customers front and centre. Both spots use different scenarios to reflect the breadth of services Just Better Care offers.
It’s a major brand value for the support provider; one that it is perfectly captured in the campaign, says Just Better Care Australia’s chief executive officer, Alison Chandler.
“One brand value that has remained consistent in our 19 years of operation is that the customer always comes first, and that each person has choice and control over their services, this campaign only serves to reinforce and celebrate this benefit for all our customers,” Chandler explained.
The Core Agency’s creative partner and co-founder, Jon Skinner, spoke of its authenticity and positive portrayal of people with disabilities and older Australians.
“Our latest campaign authentically demonstrates the individuality in which Just Better Care empowers its customers,” Skinner expressed.
“It’s great to show older Australians and people living with disability continuing to be active with their hobbies and passions all whilst remaining engaged in their communities.”
