
Contiki, Tourism NT and Virgin Voyages among Mumbrella’s Travel Marketing Awards 2024 nominees

The nominees for Mumbrella’s Travel Marketing Awards 2024 have been revealed, showcasing outstanding campaigns and work across various categories.
Being held aboard Starship Sydney on 7 November, the awards will celebrate the best work created by travel marketers and are the must-enter awards for travel brands and agencies.
In the Best Use of Native or Content Marketing category, notable contenders include An Ancient Story Takes Flight: The Making of Wintjiri Wiru by Bantam Marketing for Ayers Rock Resort Uluru, and Far From Normal by Medium Rare Content Agency for Destination Canada.
Both campaigns creatively highlight unique travel experiences, with other contenders such as Gate 7’s Gameday for Visit California and Tourism Fiji’s GoPro Creator Summit also vying for the award.
In the Best Celebrity or Influencer Campaign category, standout entries include Chat NT from Tourism NT and the GoPro Creator Summit in Fiji by Tourism Fiji, which has secured multiple nominations this year.
Virgin Voyages’ Resilient Lady Australian launch, managed by Enthral, is also in the running, alongside Contiki’s The Contiki Korea-nival.
The Best Brand Partnership category features a wide range of collaborations, including Bonds 2024 Pride Range: Queens on Tour, a joint effort between Tourism NT and Bonds, and Silversea’s partnership with SBS Australia for Stanley Tucci’s Searching for Italy.
Also nominated is Sip For A Trip, a collaboration between RCJ, Seven Network, Sri Lankan Airlines, and Dilmah Tea, reflecting the creative fusion of brands and travel marketing.
