Globus Family of Brands, FCTG and Federal Group complete Travel Marketing Summit agenda

Chief marketers from Flight Centre Travel Group, Federal Group and Globus Family of Brands complete the lineup for Mumbrella’s Travel Marketing Summit 2024.
Returning on 7 November at Pier One Sydney Harbour, the summit is set to spotlight the most debated industry opportunities in tourism marketing, analyse the biggest campaigns, reveal the latest trends and challenge the industry with new thinking.
Flight Centre Travel Group’s customer loyalty & media leader Clinton Hearne is set to keynote, lifting the lid on one of the group’s biggest growth levers: using personalisation. From data-driven insights to creative strategies, delegates will hear first-class tips on how to connect with customers on a personal level whilst still maximising reach.

Meanwhile, a lively panel discussion – moderated by GTI Tourism’s founder and MD Sarah Anderson – with Federal Group’s head of brand and marketing Danika Porter, and Globus Family of Brands’ head of marketing Chris Fundell, is set to spotlight and platform “earn-first minded” travel marketers. This session will delve into innovative PR strategies that don’t break the bank but allow smaller players to effectively compete against bigger and better resourced competitors – it’s not to be missed.
