Initiative wins KPMG media account

KPMG has appointed Initiative as its media agency of record, an account previously held by Zenith, Mumbrella can reveal.

The account is Initiative’s tenth win of the year, following its appointment to the Carnival AustraliaTourism Vancouver, Australian Radio NetworkFujitsu, and Swinburne University accounts.

The appointment comes after KPMG bought Love Agency in May, seeing founders Danny Housseas and Arthur Gougoustamos become KPMG partners. Its first creative acquisition was independent UDKU a year ago, founded by M&C Saatchi’s Mark Timmins and Colin Jowell, and Ideaworks’ Kon Marinis.
