Ooh Media secures City of Parramatta street furniture network contract

Ooh Media has snagged a out-of-home street furniture network deal for the City of Parramatta.
The agreement between the OOH giant and the urban centre will see Ooh manage the advertising, cleaning, installation and maintenance services that colour Parramatta’s bus shelters.
Additionally, Ooh’s work with Parramatta will extend to refurbishing over 200 bus shelters in the western Sydney locale, and investing in a digital screen upgrade initiative.
The company – who recently unveiled its 8.5% net profit for 2024 – is also expected to erect new greenfield sites featuring double-sided digital panels, and freestanding digital screens in high-traffic pedestrian areas in Parramatta’s CBD.
The improvements will give the suburb’s council the ability to deliver community messages through Ooh’s digital network.
“Parramatta is one of the fastest developing business and cultural centres in Australia, and we’re delighted to continue our partnership with the City of Parramatta to deliver best-in-class Out of Home infrastructure,” said Ooh Media’s chief commercial operating officer, Robbie Dery.
Dery said Ooh’s appointment will provide advertisers with greater opportunities to target Parramatta and its growing population.
“Our significant investment in digital upgrades and new free standing digital assets in key CBD locations in the heart of western Sydney will provide unrivalled opportunities for advertisers to connect with its rapidly growing and increasingly affluent population at scale, making public spaces better to commuters and visitors and brands unmissable,” he said.
