Revlon, Spark Foundry, Cashrewards & more complete Retail Marketing Summit agenda

The power of localised brand from a leader in the beauty industry, and the must-track metrics for all retail marketers complete the full program for Mumbrella’s Retail Marketing Summit 2025.

The first of the final two sessions added to the Retail Marketing Summit’s catalogue will bring together the ANZ marketing director of beauty giant, Revlon, Amy Kingon Smith, with freelance creative, podcast host and content creator, Lucy Neville, and Spark Foundry’s strategy director, Josh Green (who will serve as a moderator), to unpack how brands can dominate the international market while retaining a local presence.

‘How an Iconic American Beauty Brand Crafted a Contemporary Aussie Identity’ is gearing up to place Revlon under a microscope to see how the brand successfully embraced local authenticity, relevance and the values of consumers to dominate the beauty retail market – one that is no longer the domain of long-standing American brands, when Australia, Japan and South Korea’s beauty exports are becoming more popular everyday.

Delegates who attend Revlon’s masterclass can expect to leave with deeper insights into how their brands can strengthen their presence within Australia; better leverage methods that ensure they honour their global origins while still being relevant to Australians; and all the knowledge they require to understand the power Australia holds as a innovation and creative space – and how to take advantage of it.

But a case study into brand localisation isn’t the only talk available to attendees.

The session, ‘What’s Measured Gets Done: What Should Marketing Leaders Track Today?’, will lay out all the essential metrics that retail marketers must be watching in 2025, such as campaign effectiveness and brand health.

Wingmaven’s co-founders, Jennifer ten Seldam (who will be moderating) and Laura Wilson, and Cashrewards’ general manager – retail media, Lachlan Brahe, and Karen Sheppard, head of customer insights at Endeavour Group, will be featured in the session.

Delegates wanting to refine their metrics strategies; ensure their goals deliver positive results; identify the key performance indicators (KPIs) that will boost their internal efficiency and customer loyalty; and more, should be in attendance for Wilson, ten Seldam and Brahe’s talk.

Mumbrella’s Retail Marketing Summit is consolidating the industry’s thought leaders and experts – including Michael Hill’s chief marketing officer (CMO), Jo Feeney, THE ICONIC’s CMO, Joanna Robinson, and v2food’s head of marketing, Jade Lish;  Wesfarmers Health’s head of marketing – retail, Corrina Brazel; and Lyre’s Spirit Co CMO Kristy Bloomfield – into a single unit, booked to deliver their expertise to help brands and retail marketers innovate and flourish.

The 2025 Retail Marketing Summit will run on March 19, 2025 at the Crown, Sydney.
