With the Australian Open underway and generating significant audiences for Nine, the broadcaster and publishing group has released the names of the event’s major sponsors and commercial partners.
Nine has delayed releasing the list to give its partners the chance to reveal their new creative to audiences.
The brands this year include realestate.com.au, Qantas, Amazon Prime, Uber Eats, Chemist Warehouse, ANZ, Bupa, Chubb Insurance, Peters Ice Cream, Google, Haier, Journey Beyond, Kia, L’Oreal, and Visit Victoria.
This is not an exhaustive list of advertisers during the tennis, but generally the biggest spenders in their respective categories. Some of this brand activity has already been tracked in Mumbrella, including the arrival of realestate.com.au, a business majority owned by Nine competitor News Corp.
