The Children’s Cancer Foundation hires cummins&partners as lead creative and strategic agency

Full-service agency cummins&partners is now the lead creative and strategic agency for the Children’s Cancer Foundation.
The appointment requires the agency to drive awareness of child cancer and its treatments, and the need for funding in the space. Typically, children battling cancer are forced to use treatments that cater to adults, often resulting in “life-altering impacts on survivors”, such as infertility, limb loss, and more.
“The focus and urgency around child friendly treatment for cancer is lagging way behind all the good work for adult treatments,” said Sean Cummins, chief executive officer of cummins&partners.
“This must change. The Children’s Cancer Foundation is dedicated to changing this. And their work deserves greater awareness.”
According to the Children’s Cancer Foundation’s CEO, Margaret Fitzherbert, the Foundation and cummins&partners meshed well from the beginning, with the former being impressed by how the agency tackled the brief with depth.
“Cummins&Partners invited us into their process from day one,” Fitzherbert said.
“We connected with the creative team from the start, and saw close-up how they interrogated the brief, thought through the key issues and opportunities and turned them into extraordinary clear pieces of communication.
“This was a rigorous, intelligent and very creative process. It’s been a pleasure working with them and the results will definitely show.”
Cummins&partners’ work with the Children’s Cancer Foundation begins immediately.
